Cancellation & Refund Policy
Practically Perfect Getaways is committed to helping you plan a memorable vacation. Since travel arrangements are booked with independent travel suppliers, all reservations are subject to the cancellation, change, and refund policies of the cruise line, resort, hotel, airline, tour operator, or other supplier.
Deposits for cruises and some all-inclusive resort vacations are nonrefundable and nonnegotiable, unless the travel supplier specifically states otherwise.
If you cancel your trip after making a deposit, you may lose your entire deposit. Deposits cannot be refunded simply because your plans change.
Once your final payment has been made, payments are generally nonrefundable unless the applicable travel supplier provides a refund or travel credit.
Some suppliers may have cancellation penalties that begin before the final-payment date. You will be responsible for any applicable supplier penalties or fees.
Changing or cancelling a reservation may result in fees, penalties, loss of deposit, or loss of the entire amount paid, depending on the supplier's policies.
Unused portions of a trip, including missed flights, hotel nights, cruises, excursions, transfers, or early departures, are generally nonrefundable.
Travel protection is strongly recommended for every trip!
Travel protection may help protect your prepaid travel investment against certain covered circumstances, such as illness, trip interruption, delays, or other qualifying events.
Travel protection may be purchased as part of your package, in most cases, or through a third-party provider. Coverage varies by plan, so please review the policy carefully before purchasing.
If you decline travel protection, you accept responsibility for any nonrefundable payments, cancellation penalties, or other losses that may occur.
Supplier Cancellations & Changes
If a cruise line, resort, airline, hotel, or other travel supplier cancels or significantly changes your reservation, any refund, credit, rebooking, or other remedy will be determined by that supplier.
Practically Perfect Getaways will assist you with available options but cannot guarantee a refund or compensation from a travel supplier.
Travel planners are paid directly from the supplier. This means you will receive the same pricing as if you booked directly with the company. There are no additional fees for using one of our travel advisors. Any applicable cancellation, or change fees charged by your travel planner will be disclosed at the time of service and may be nonrefundable.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring they have all required passports, visas, identification, and other travel documents.
